Hello, My name is Dan; Myself (a 22-year-old male) and friend (Sam, 21-year-old-male) are seeking a roommate to live with us.
The property is a townhouse inside a large gated community situated in Kew, within walking distance of bus lines and very easy access to the Eastern Freeway.
I have a generously sized bedroom available, with built in robes and no furniture.
It’s a short trip down to Kew Junction, where you’ll find shopping, café’s and fine dining. There are also the 48 and 109 tramlines.
Living in the community includes access to a large pool, tennis courts and small gym. As well as secure parking spaces inside and more parking on the surrounding streets if needed.
Both of us work full time, I as a commercial electrician and Sam as a rigger so we're up early and to bed early(ish), luckily I’m a deep sleeper so noise isn't a big issue as long as there are no mid-week parties.
We like to keep common areas clean and would like people who share similar views on respecting common areas such as kitchen and bathrooms.
We're looking for a person who is respectful of the house, relaxed, clean and are able to pay rent and bills on time.
The lease will be 6 months long and the rent for the rooms is $170 per room per week with bills then split evenly.
References are essential, so please have at least one :)
